Product Description

Inconsistent bolt-hole layouts or non-compliant surface finishes often cause rework at assembly. We control these issues by following ASME B16.5 Tables for every dimensional parameter and offer material traceability through mill test reports.

Technical Advantages

We manufacture using forged A105, A182, or A694 stock, ensuring uniform grain flow and mechanical strength. Facing types include RF, FF, and RTJ, each machined to standard roughness for gasket sealing. 
All bolt circles and hole sizes follow Table 4 of ASME B16.5, avoiding on-site mismatch or redrilling. Surface finishes range from 125 to 250 µin RA on raised face and 63 to 125 µin RA on RTJ, verified by stylus profilometers.

Can we request flange marking as per our internal coding system?

Yes, we can etch or stamp custom part codes, heat numbers, or project identifiers as per your format. This helps trace parts during installation or audits. We follow marking guidelines under ASME B16.5 Section 7 for compliance.

Do you support supply with pre-fitted gaskets or bolting kits?

We can supply spiral-wound gaskets, RTJ rings, and compatible stud-bolt sets along with flange orders. This avoids mismatch issues during assembly. All kits match the flange class and facing type selected.

Can we inspect surface finish or facing type before final dispatch?

Yes, we allow third-party inspections and provide surface roughness reports on request. Profilometer readings are shared for RF and RTJ surfaces. You may also request photos or live video for visual confirmation. 

Are these flanges suitable for sour service under NACE MR0175?

We offer material grades like A182 F51 and A694 F52 certified to NACE MR0175 for sour environments. Certification copies are included in the document pack. This ensures suitability for oil and gas applications.

Can we get flanges machined from plate if forgings are unavailable?

Yes, for urgent needs, we machine flanges from A516 Gr.70 or equivalent plates. This applies to non-critical piping or low-pressure service. Dimensional tolerances still follow ASME B16.5 guidelines.
