Yes. We maintain complete traceability down to the raw material lot and individual component serial numbers. Every shipment is accompanied by a Certificate of Conformance (CoC), material test reports, and compliance documentation required for defense auditing.

Can you manufacture box builds according to ITAR and AS9100 standards?

Our engineering team conducts a thorough lifecycle analysis during the DFM phase. If a specified component has extensive lead times or is End-of-Life (EOL), we suggest drop-in, cross-referenced, MIL-spec compliant alternatives to maintain production schedules.

Do you accept customer-furnished equipment (CFE) for enclosure integration?

We offer flexible engagement models. Frigate can manage full turnkey manufacturing including enclosure fabrication, PCB assembly, and components or we can integrate Customer-Furnished Equipment (CFE) and components into our final assembly pipeline.
