Upload your Bill of Materials, Gerber files, assembly drawings, and component datasheet package. A quotation is issued within 48–72 hours.

DFM Review

Engineering team reviews manufacturability, pad geometry, clearances, stencil apertures, and test-point access within 2–3 days, with written feedback.

Component Sourcing

Parts procured from authorised global distributors. Spot-buy for hard-to-source or long-lead components includes conformance certificates. Lead time 5–15 days depending on availability.

PCB Procurement

PCB panels sourced from qualified global fabricators covering rigid, flex, rigid-flex, MCPCB, Rogers, PTFE, and Hi-Tg substrates as specified.

SMT Assembly & Reflow

Full SMT placement with in-line 3D SPI post-paste-print and pre-placement verification, followed by reflow with thermal profiling for each assembly type.

In-Process Inspection & Finishing

3D AOI and 2D AOI post-reflow; X-Ray for BGA and hidden joints; wave soldering for through-hole; conformal coating and epoxy potting per customer specification.

Testing

ICT using board-specific in-house jigs and fixtures; PCBA programming; functional test; end-of-line system-level verification as applicable.
