Technical Advantages

Our process pump skids operate from 1 m³/h to 2,500 m³/h, with head ranges up to 500 meters using multi-stage options. Seal systems include double mechanical seals, mag-drive, or sealless heads to prevent leakage in volatile or corrosive lines. 
Each frame includes lifting lugs, ISO footprints, and vibration isolation to align with plant layouts and reduce onsite work. We support flow variability using VFD-integrated motors and can handle fluids from -196°C to 450°C with solids up to 5%.

Can you match pump and motor selection based on our existing system curve?

Yes, we review your system curve and match pump stages, motor size, and control logic to fit exact flow-head demands. This avoids oversizing or underperformance. We also tune VFD settings during build to reflect load variations in your plant.

How much flexibility do you offer in skid layout and footprint?

We configure the skid around your space limits and pipe routing zones. ISO footprint or custom frame sizes are both possible. Lifting points, vibration mounts, and access panels are positioned as per your site’s workflow.

Can we pre-approve material selection based on chemical exposure?

Yes, we shortlist materials like SS316, Duplex, or Hastelloy based on your MSDS data and duty cycle. Wetted part compatibility is reviewed before PO stage. We also offer mock-up BOMs during RFQ for faster internal validation.

What documents do you provide before final approval?

Before build starts, we share full GA drawings, P&ID, datasheets, and seal flushing plans. You can review and mark up these for alignment with your process specs. Any changes are locked only after final sign-off.

Can you customize the pump, seal, and piping components based on our process media and pressure needs?
