5 W/in² to 40 W/in², customizable based on heat transfer needs and safety limits

Insulation Material

Magnesium Oxide (MgO) or Ceramic for effective heat containment and electrical isolation

Corrosion Resistance

High resistance to humidity, dust, and mild corrosives; suited for HVAC and industrial ducts

Dimensions

Length – 300 mm to 4000 mm; Width – 200 mm to 1200 mm (customizable per duct dimensions)

Shape/Configuration

Open coil, tubular with fins, or rectangular frame; optimized for airflow heating

Current-Carrying Capacity

10 A to 250 A, depending on power rating and conductor sizing

Heat Transfer Method

Forced convection; efficient heat transfer to moving air in duct systems

Mounting/Fitting Type

Flange, slip-in, or custom duct frame mounting; adaptable to standard or bespoke ducts

Safety Features

Overheat protection (thermal cutoff), airflow sensors, and grounded design

Standards Compliance

Meets or exceeds UL 1030, IEC 60335-1, and ASHRAE 90.1 standards for duct heating safety

Technical Advantages

Duct systems face tough conditions such as moist air, dust, and constant airflow that wear down lesser heaters. Our duct heaters are built with high-grade materials like stainless steel or galvanized steel, standing up to these stresses with lasting durability.

Inefficient heat transfer or oversized designs can drain energy and performance. With power ratings from 1 kW to 100 kW and a forced convection design, our heaters provide swift, even heating tailored to your duct size and airflow needs.

Having Doubts? Our FAQ

Check all our Frequently Asked Question

How do your duct heaters adapt to fluctuating airflow in our systems?

Our heaters are designed to maintain stable heat output across varying airflow rates, ensuring consistent performance whether ducts run at full blast or low speed. This adaptability gives sourcing teams a flexible solution that keeps systems efficient without constant adjustments, saving time and effort in production.

What’s the long-term benefit of choosing your heaters over budget options?

Our heaters, made with durable materials like stainless steel, outlast cheaper alternatives in humid or dusty ducts, reducing replacement frequency. For procurement heads, this durability means lower lifecycle costs and fewer service interruptions, offering a smarter investment that pays off in reliability and savings.

Can your heaters handle the noise and vibration of industrial duct systems?

Yes, built with robust construction and secure mounting options like flanges, our heaters resist wear from vibration and airflow noise, maintaining performance in tough settings. This resilience provides sourcing professionals with a dependable component that ensures system longevity in high-stress environments.

How do your duct heaters help us meet tight production deadlines?

With pre-configured designs and power ratings up to 100 kW, our heaters integrate quickly into your duct builds, cutting assembly time without sacrificing quality. This speed-to-market advantage helps purchasing managers deliver systems faster, keeping projects on schedule and clients happy.

What options do we have for scaling heater sizes across our product line?

Our heaters range from 1 kW for small ducts to 100 kW for large industrial systems, with customizable dimensions and configurations to match your specs.
