We keep tooling for most metric and imperial threads up to 1.5 inches. MOQ starts at 200 pieces for non-standard sizes with lead time between 12 to 18 working days. However, repeated sizes or annual schedules can reduce both.

Will the internal bore change if I request a chrome or ENP finish?

No, all coatings are applied post-machining and maintain the bore smoothness and size tolerance. We mask sealing and barb areas during plating to avoid buildup. This ensures flow consistency and easy hose fitment even with coated parts.

Can you support hose assemblies or only supply the fittings?

Yes, we can support basic hose assembly if barb and clamp specs are fixed. You can pre-define the hose ID, length, and fitting orientation for batch production. This reduces on-site effort and improves field service timelines.
