About

Forging manufacturing facility with the capability to produce carbon steel and alloy steel forgings for industrial and automotive applications. Operations are supported by controlled heating, forming, heat treatment, machining, and inspection processes to meet dimensional and mechanical requirements. Positioned as a precision-focused closed-die forging unit, the facility operates a 250-ton mechanical press across 2,500 sq.m, producing components up to 1,200 kg at tighter as-forged tolerances of ±0.8–1.5 mm. 

Capabilities

Closed-die forging capability for medium-weight components requiring high strength and fatigue resistance. 

Post-forging machining support to achieve dimensional accuracy and functional interfaces.
