What energy-specific standards and certifications does Frigate comply with?

Can Frigate handle both mechanical fabrication and full electrical integration including wiring harnesses and inductors?

Yes. We offer true vertical integration under one contract. Our teams simultaneously manufacture structural components, enclosures, and high-reliability electrical assemblies — including custom power wiring harnesses, high-voltage cable assemblies, and precision inductors for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). 

Do you have experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects?

Yes. We have successfully delivered high-reliability LCM and ECM inductors, thermal management enclosures, busbar assemblies, and structural skids for large-scale BESS deployments. Our components are engineered for high-cycle performance, thermal stability, and seamless integration into containerized and utility-scale storage solutions. 

How do you ensure material suitability and long-term reliability in harsh outdoor or high-cycling energy environments?

We apply strict NACE-compliant material selection, full EN 10204 Type 3.1 traceability, and specialized post-processing (FBE coatings, hard anodizing, stress relief, etc.). All critical components undergo rigorous electrical, thermal, vibration, and endurance testing before shipment. 

What is your process and response time for Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) during active production?

We regularly process high-strength structural alloys optimized for weight, thermal conductivity, and structural stress. This includes machining specialized aluminum grades like A7056-T6, executing high-volume HPDC with ADC12 and A380, and pouring GDC components using LM25 and A356all utilizing controlled machining toolpaths and strict melt chemistry monitoring.
