Running continuous three-shift operations across a 6-acre, 95,000 sq.ft campus, this extrusion facility delivers 5,000 tons per year of aluminium profiles, the highest output in the extrusion network, through a 1,600-ton press and three aging ovens that ensure temper consistency from billet through to finished section. Built for OEMs and project-based customers alike, it compresses lead times to 10–20 days while holding EN 12020 and EN 755 dimensional standards.
