Can you match the pump head and flow rate to specific bore depth and tank height?

Yes, we calculate exact stage combinations based on your bore depth, static water level, and vertical lift. You only need to share borewell depth and desired discharge. We use that to configure the head-flow curve accurately.

What casing size clearance do you consider during design?

We maintain a minimum 10 mm clearance between pumps OD and borewell casing. This prevents jamming during lowering and allows proper water movement for cooling. We select motor-frame combinations based on your well’s exact inner diameter.

Can we request specific material combinations for corrosive or slightly gritty water?

Yes, we offer impellers in bronze, Noryl, or SS 304, and shafts in SS 420 for grit resistance. Pump housing comes in SS 304/316 or cast iron, based on water chemistry and TDS. Just share your water report or expected fluid properties.

Do you provide cable length and outlet type matching our site layout?

We supply waterproof cables in 3-core sizing from 1.5 mm² to 6 mm², length based on your total suspension depth. You can choose BSP, NPT threaded, or flanged discharge ends. Pipe compatibility with PVC or HDPE is also considered.

How do you manage overheating during continuous pump operation in deep wells?

We use oil-filled chambers with double mechanical seals to keep the motor cool. These seals reduce thermal buildup during long run cycles in deep water columns. Proper submergence depth and water flow over the motor are factored into every configuration.
