Frigate’s wellhead components provide the structural and pressure-containing interface for surface exploratory and development wells. Engineered for absolute operational integrity, these components manage casing suspension, tubing isolation, and well-intervention access under the harshest field conditions.

Does Frigate provide full material traceability for API 6A components?

Yes. All Frigate wellhead components are accompanied by complete Mill Test Reports (MTRs) compliant with EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2. We provide 100% heat-traceability from the initial forging melt to final hydrostatic pressure testing.

Can you manufacture clad wellhead parts for high-H2S (sour gas) environments?

Absolutely. We specialize in CRA (Corrosion Resistant Alloy) cladding, using automated hot-wire TIG welding to overlay Inconel 625 or 825 on critical sealing surfaces and bores, fully conforming to NACE MR0175/ISO 15156.

What Product Specification Levels (PSL) can Frigate support?

We manufacture components across the entire spectrum from PSL 1 up to PSL 4. Our PSL 3G and PSL 4 components undergo additional volumetric non-destructive examination (NDE) and gas-pressure verification testing.
