Additionally, we employ controlled heat-treatment protocols and offer specialized corrosion-resistant alloy (CRA) cladding, such as Inconel 625 weld overlay, to isolate the substrate from volatile media. 

Can you provide complete material traceability for critical high-pressure components?

Yes. Every valve body shipped by Frigate comes with a comprehensive quality documentation package. This includes Mill Test Certificates (MTC) to EN 10204 Type 3.1 or 3.2, chemical analysis, mechanical testing reports, and complete heat-number traceability.
