Product Description

Frigate’s specialty cables are custom-built interconnect solutions designed to maintain cross-sectional consistency and signal fidelity under extreme operational duress. By integrating advanced shielding techniques with high-grade polymer and fluoropolymer jackets, these cables eliminate electromagnetic interference and mechanical wear in high-duty cycle applications.

Yes. Frigate designs and manufactures cables to align with major international regulatory frameworks, including UL/CSA component recognition, CE marking, RoHS compliance, and REACH directives. For complex dynamic applications, we engineer specific “torsion-rated” or “robot-grade” lay-ups. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for a completely custom specialty cable design?

Because custom extrusion setups require significant material purging and calibration, our standard MOQ typically starts at 500 meters per unique configuration. However, for highly specialized material combinations or high-value cross-sections, we can review and accommodate lower run lengths on a case-by-case basis. 

How does Frigate ensure signal integrity and EMI protection in high-noise industrial environments?

We utilize a multi-layered shielding approach customized to your specific noise profile. Depending on whether you face high-frequency or low-frequency interference, we implement combinations of aluminum-mylar foils (for 100% coverage), high-density tinned copper braids (for physical strength and low-frequency attenuation), or twisted-pair architectures with individual and overall shields to guarantee clean data transmission.
