Every shipment includes a comprehensive Quality Documentation Package containing AS9100D compliance certificates, Mill Test Reports (MTRs), material heat-treatment certifications, and First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) per AS9102 standards. 

Can Frigate manufacture custom aerospace fasteners from proprietary OEM prints?

Yes. Frigate specializes in print-to-part manufacturing. Our engineering team reviews your 2D drawings or 3D CAD files to ensure design for manufacturability (DFM), advising on optimal machining, material tempering, and thread-rolling methods. 

How do you guarantee the structural integrity of your high-fatigue fasteners?

We implement strict raw material verification followed by non-destructive testing (NDT) protocols, including Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) and Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), alongside real-time monitoring of thread-rolling parameters to eliminate micro-cracks. 

Do you support long-term blanket agreements and scheduled stocking programs?

Absolutely. To mitigate supply chain volatility, we offer Just-In-Time (JIT) delivery and Kanban-managed inventory options, allowing us to hold safety stock at Frigate facilities and ship components within 3 to 5 days of a call-off notice.
