What raw material grades and surface coatings does Frigate offer for mounting brackets?

We manufacture brackets using high-strength steel grades (like S355, Grade 50) and structural aluminum (6061-T6). To combat atmospheric corrosion, we provide Hot-Dip Galvanization (per ASTM A123) and specialized zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy coatings (such as Magnelis®) which offer self-healing edge protection in coastal environments. 

Can you manufacture custom brackets based on our proprietary engineering drawings?

Yes. Frigate is a true contract manufacturing partner. We work directly from your STEP, IGES, or DWG files, aligning our production setup with your custom geometric tolerances, structural engineering calculations, and specific sheet metal fabrication guidelines.
