What materials do you recommend for high-heat consumer appliance motor housings?

For appliances requiring rapid heat dissipation, we highly recommend aluminum die casting (such as A380 or ADC12) due to its excellent thermal conductivity and lightweight properties. For budget-conscious or complex, low-load components, engineered plastics with thermal additives can also be utilized.

Yes, absolutely. We source certified, RoHS and REACH-compliant materials, and our manufacturing facilities adhere to strict ISO 9001 and industry-standard quality protocols to ensure safety and environmental compliance for retail markets.

Yes. Every RFQ submitted to Frigate includes a complimentary Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis. Our engineering team reviews your CAD files to suggest optimizations that reduce material waste, simplify tooling, and lower piece-part costs. 

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom motor housings?

We offer highly flexible production scales. We have no strict minimum order quantity for sample and initial testing phases, and we are fully equipped with the tooling infrastructure to scale seamlessly up to mass production of hundreds of thousands of units.
