By eliminating external plumbing connections, these manifolds substantially minimize potential leak paths, decrease Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and streamline integration within space-critical aerospace frames.

We primarily machine from Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), Aluminum 7075-T6, and Inconel 718. Our engineering team routinely collaborates with procurement and design teams to balance weight, chemical compatibility, and thermal stress requirements to choose the most cost-effective alloy for your application. 

How does Frigate validate internal flow paths and ensure zero-leak performance?

Every aerospace manifold undergoes rigorous post-machining validation, including 100% hydrostatic or pneumatic pressure testing up to proof limits. We also offer Helium Mass Spectrometer leak testing and high-definition borescope inspections to guarantee internal channels are completely free of burrs and micro-fissures. 

Do you support Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews for complex, weight-optimized manifolds?

Yes. Frigate provides comprehensive DFM feedback prior to tool path generation. We analyze your CAD models to identify complex internal intersections, optimize drilling depths, suggest weight-reduction geometries, and help mitigate structural risks before production begins. 

Can Frigate meet strict aerospace cleanliness and contamination standards?

Absolutely. We clean, flush, and inspect components to meet AS4059, NAS 1638, or ISO 16232 standards. Components are processed in dedicated clean areas, vacuum-sealed, and securely packaged to prevent particulate contamination during transit. 

What quality documentation accompanies each aerospace manifold shipment?

Every batch is delivered with an AS9100-aligned documentation package. This includes standard Certificates of Conformance (CoC), material mill test reports (MTRs) with full heat-lot traceability, dimensional inspection reports (CMM data), and relevant NADCAP certification sheets for specialized surface finishes.
