What is the advantage of forced-air cooling versus natural convection?

Forced-air cooling utilizes high-efficiency axial fans to rapidly dissipate heat, allowing for a significantly smaller equipment footprint and higher power density. Natural convection relies on ambient airflow, which requires a larger footprint but operates silently with zero auxiliary power needs. 

How do your assemblies handle harsh outdoor or coastal environments?

For coastal or highly corrosive environments, we construct the outer enclosures using high-grade 316 stainless steel, apply marine-grade protective coatings, and utilize specialized elements designed to resist salt spray and moisture ingress. 

Do these units include built-in safety mechanisms?

Absolutely. Every assembly is outfitted with integrated thermal overload switches and can be configured with air-proving differential switches, branch fuse protection, and sensor arrays that immediately disconnect the load if unsafe conditions are detected.
