RAMS documentation is retained and updated per site. The installation team is allocated against your machine delivery calendar rather than booked per order, which eliminates the scheduling conflict that arises when installation capability is treated as a separate procurement on each delivery.
Frigate’s commissioning supervisor coordinates directly with your robot integrator’s safety system commissioning engineer to sequence interlock installation and function test within the safety system validation programme. The interlock function test sheet from Frigate’s commissioning sign-off is formatted to support your robot integrator’s safety validation documentation requirement — not as a separate deliverable that needs to be reconciled after the fact.
Frigate’s site team operates under your permit-to-work system as standard — site induction, permit application, and hot works permits are managed by Frigate’s site supervisor as part of the normal installation programme. Permit requirements are captured during the pre-mobilisation RAMS review so that permit lead times are factored into the installation schedule before the team mobilises to site.
Frigate provides a site acoustic measurement report per ISO 11546 covering measurement positions, machinery operating conditions at time of test, measured insertion loss result, and comparison against the specified target. The report is formatted for submission to your regulatory or planning authority as part of your noise compliance documentation. If the result falls short of the target, Frigate identifies the acoustic deficiency, applies the remedial treatment at site, and re-measures before the compliance report is issued.
Frigate installs and commissions the enclosure — structural assembly, alignment to the machinery datum, all internal enclosure provisions, and enclosure commissioning verification. The machine tool supplier installs and commissions the machine — mechanical installation, electrical connection, and machine control commissioning. The interface between the two scopes — coolant line connection, electrical conduit entry through the enclosure, and interlock circuit wiring — is defined in the scope boundary document issued at project start so both parties have a written record of what each is responsible for before installation begins.
