Frigate’s hydraulic manifolds consolidate complex valve networks into a singular, compact block to maximize fluid efficiency and minimize pressure drops. CNC-machined to exacting tolerances, these robust blocks dramatically simplify field maintenance and eliminate standard pipe-fitting leakage risks in high-vibration oilfield machinery.

We offer both end-to-end options. Our engineering team can translate your hydraulic schematics into highly optimized 3D CAD block designs for better flow path efficiency, or we can manufacture precisely to your provided manufacturing drawings and print specifications. 

What steps do you take to prevent internal leakage and cross-port fluid migration?

Every manifold undergoes advanced multi-axis CNC drilling to ensure strict dimensional tolerances and wall-thickness integrity between cross-runs. Post-production, we conduct 100% hydrostatic testing up to 1.5 X the rated operating pressure to ensure absolute isolation across all internal galleries. 

How does Frigate ensure the internal galleries are completely free of machining debris or burrs?

We employ a multi-stage deburring protocol including thermal energy deburring, mechanical cross-hole brushing, and high-pressure chemical flushing. Each manifold block is checked via industrial endoscopes to ensure zero particulate contamination before final valve assembly. 

Do your hydraulic manifolds come with international marine and oilfield certifications?

Yes, upon request, Frigate supplies complete material traceability reports (MTRs to EN 10204 3.1/3.2) and partners with leading classification societies like DNV, ABS, and Lloyd’s Register to provide third-party design verification and design appraisal certificates.
