We offer dual-layer surface protection, beginning with a MIL-DTL-5541 Type II chromate conversion coating for electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. This is followed by a durable epoxy powder coating on external surfaces, leaving mask-off areas at ground points to maintain a low-resistance EMI shield.

We integrate structural analysis directly into the design phase and support physical validation, including shake table testing, resonant frequency sweeps, and shock testing.
