Does the rotating ring maintain sealing integrity under pressure cycling?

Yes, the rotating ring uses a fixed hub-to-ring interface with hard-faced bearing surfaces that prevent galling during rotation. It retains consistent gasket compression even under pressure fluctuations. Testing shows no seal loss after 500+ thermal cycles between -29°C and +121°C.

Can Swivel Flanges be directly swapped with fixed flanges without layout changes?

Yes, they match the same bolt circle diameter and bolt pattern as standard flanges within ±0.5mm tolerance. Only the overall thickness increases slightly by 25%. This allows direct substitution in most existing piping systems. 

What is the maximum size available with full pressure rating?

Full pressure rating up to Class 2500 applies up to 16 inches nominal size. Sizes beyond 16 inches follow a de-rated pressure curve. We provide pressure-derating charts and thickness data for all sizes on request.

Are both RF and RTJ options available on the same flange design?

Yes, both facing types are offered with identical profiles on each side. This helps in multi-orientation assembly or when interfacing two different piping ends. It also reduces need for inventorying separate parts.

How is rotational clearance ensured during bolt tightening?

Each bolt hole is counterbored to avoid ring binding during torque. The rotation clearance is validated using plug gauge inspection after machining. This guarantees smooth adjustment during field alignment.
