Technical Advantages

High-pressure pumping without stroke control leads to unsteady flow and pressure spikes. Our piston pumps vary stroke length and frequency up to 1,200 strokes/min for accurate, pulse-managed delivery.

Pumps struggle with dense or hot fluids if speeds and NPSH aren’t matched. These units handle up to 200°C and work with low NPSH from 1–5 m for suction reliability.

Pushes fluids at controlled rates, handling corrosive agents during continuous reactions.

Oil and Gas Skids

Delivers high-pressure flow, enabling injection and sampling under extreme well conditions.

Industrial Cleaning Systems

Provides consistent power for surface cleaning or descaling in closed-loop systems.

Power Plants

Feeds water or additives under precise volumes into boiler and turbine circuits.

Food Processing Lines

Transfers liquids like syrups and brines while maintaining sanitary flow rates.

Marine Equipment

Pumps lubricants and fluids across machinery zones exposed to vibration and salt spray.

Piston Pumps

Sized and Tuned for Demanding Pressure Targets

Many buyers face layout challenges and shifting flow targets during project builds. Our piston pumps can mount horizontally or vertically, on skids or trucks, and support up to 500 kW of power.

From diesel to hydraulic drives, the flexibility covers field or factory operations without adding conversion equipment. Connection sizes range from 6 mm to 100 mm, available in ANSI, BSP, or NPT types.

Having Doubts? Our FAQ

Check all our Frequently Asked Question

Can we specify our flow and pressure targets based on application load?

Yes, we configure the pump to match your duty cycle and required discharge parameters. You can define stroke rate, fluid type, and target pressure range. Based on that, we select suitable plunger material and seal system.

Do you offer mounting and drive options based on space and power availability?

We offer electric, hydraulic, or diesel-driven systems with both vertical and horizontal mounting choices. You can also opt for skid-based or truck-based layouts. These options help reduce on-site setup or integration work.

Can we use the same unit across different fluid types or process lines?

Yes, we supply interchangeable pump head and seal components based on fluid compatibility. You can define chemical type, viscosity, and temperature for each line. This helps avoid buying multiple dedicated systems.

How do you manage suction conditions in low NPSH or viscous fluid cases?

We assess your tank layout, elevation, and fluid characteristics before offering pump configurations. You can specify viscosity and suction height, and we match it with correct plunger speed and inlet sizing. This ensures no cavitation or flow issues during runtime.

Can you align the pump’s stroke frequency with dosing or batching needs?

Yes, we set up stroke length and RPM to sync with your process flow timing. You can also define how much output volume is needed per cycle. This supports high-accuracy metering across varied batch sizes.
