Frigate uses tight winding coupling, optimized core geometry, and layered winding arrangements to reduce leakage paths. This minimizes energy loss and improves transient response in switched-mode applications. Sectional bobbins are applied to isolate primary and secondary turns precisely. The result is stable voltage output even at high switching frequencies.
We design transformers with reinforced insulation, proper creepage/clearance, and thermal-rated materials. Bobbin construction and winding separation follow strict Class II guidelines. Every unit is verified for dielectric strength and fault tolerance. These features ensure the transformer is safe for low-voltage DC outputs from high-voltage AC inputs.
Frigate conducts accelerated aging, thermal cycling, and vibration testing during validation. We use magnetically and mechanically stable materials to prevent performance drift. Core properties and insulation resist long-term degradation. This guarantees consistent electrical performance in harsh or changing environments.
We use vacuum-impregnated windings, precision-wound coils, and core-edge chamfering to minimize vibration. Core gaps are engineered to control magnetostriction under load. Selection is based on switching frequency, thermal load, and available board space.
