Technical Advantages

Constructed from austenitic stainless steel (SS304/316L) or coated carbon steel with epoxy-polyester finishes, our exhaust fan enclosures offer superior resistance to harsh chemicals and moisture. Materials comply with NACE MR0175 and ASTM B117 standards, ensuring durability in challenging environments like H2S exposure.

Our enclosures use composite acoustic liners and elastomeric vibration isolators to reduce noise and vibration. These solutions minimize noise levels across the 125 Hz – 4000 Hz range and ensure compliance with OSHA and ISO 11200 noise regulations while maintaining structural integrity.

Having Doubts? Our FAQ

Check all our Frequently Asked Question

How does Frigate ensure the durability of Exhaust Fan Enclosures in high-corrosion environments?

Frigate uses SS316L stainless steel for enclosures in high-corrosion settings, ensuring resistance to acids and salts. Our coatings, such as epoxy-polyester hybrid finishes, enhance protection against environmental wear. The materials comply with NACE MR0175 standards to maintain integrity in harsh chemical and saline environments.

How does Frigate optimize the structural strength of Exhaust Fan Enclosures under heavy wind load conditions?

Frigate utilizes Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to simulate and evaluate structural performance under wind and mechanical stresses. We integrate reinforced structural supports at critical points to prevent deformation. Enclosures are tested for wind load compliance to meet industry standards for heavy-duty applications.

How does Frigate handle maintenance accessibility in exhaust systems?

Frigate designs enclosures with modular, tool-less access panels and removable fan mounting systems to reduce service downtime. Components are positioned for easy reach, allowing quick inspection or fan replacement. This modular approach also simplifies cleaning and maintenance procedures in industrial settings.

How does Frigate address noise and vibration issues in exhaust systems?

Frigate incorporates acoustic-dampening materials and vibration isolators to reduce sound levels and structural vibrations within the enclosure design. Our team conducts modal analysis to minimize resonance frequencies and ensure effective noise attenuation. This ensures compliance with ISO 11200 noise regulations for industrial environments.

How does Frigate handle exhaust fan protection against external contaminants?

Frigate uses IP-rated sealing systems and custom filtration to protect fans from airborne particulates, dust, and moisture. The enclosures have gasketed seams and laminar flow filters for contaminant control. This design ensures high operational reliability in environments with particulate or chemical exposure.
