4 W/in² to 30 W/in², customizable based on heat transfer needs and safety limits

Insulation Material

Magnesium Oxide (MgO) or Ceramic for effective heat containment and electrical safety

Corrosion Resistance

High resistance to humidity, dust, and mild corrosives; suitable for industrial settings

Dimensions

Length – 200 mm to 2500 mm; Diameter – 10 mm to 40 mm (customizable per system design)

Shape/Configuration

Tubular (straight or bent), open coil, or finned; optimized for air circulation

Current-Carrying Capacity

5 A to 150 A, depending on power rating and conductor sizing

Heat Transfer Method

Convection (finned or open coil) or forced air; designed for efficient air heating

Mounting/Fitting Type

Flange, threaded (NPT/BSP), or clamp mounting; adaptable to ducts, chambers, or frames

Safety Features

Overheat protection (thermal cutoff), grounded sheath, and optional airflow sensors

Standards Compliance

Meets or exceeds UL 1030, IEC 60335-1, and ASHRAE 90.1 standards for air heating safety

Technical Advantages

Air heating systems operate in tough conditions such as dusty air, moisture, and constant use that can erode lesser heaters. Our air heaters are made with high-quality alloys and protective outer layers, built to last under these stresses.
Ineffective heating and energy waste can hurt both performance and profits. With power ratings from 500 W to 40 kW and a heat transfer method optimized for forced air or convection, our heaters deliver swift, even warmth across a wide range of setups.
