Plunger Pumps

When fluid systems demand both high pressure and reliability, standard pumps often fail under long cycles or abrasive conditions. Our Plunger Pumps support up to 3,500 bar discharge with flow rates reaching 2,000 L/min, meeting batch and continuous operation targets.

Flow Rate Range

0.5 L/min to 2,000 L/min (0.13 GPM to 528 GPM)

Pressure/Head Capacity

Up to 3,500 bar (50,000 psi) – Ultra-high-pressure models for waterjet/industrial

Power Requirements

1 kW to 750 kW (1.3 HP to 1,000 HP) – Electric/hydraulic drive, 50/60 Hz, VFD ready

Materials of Construction

Liquid End: SS 316, Duplex, Hastelloy, Ceramic Plunger: Tungsten Carbide, Hardened Steel, Ceramic-coated

Fluid Compatibility

Water, Oil, Chemicals, High-Purity Fluids

Product Description

You can specify drive type, pressure class, and wetted materials based on your plant setup and fluid nature. We configure plunger pumps to reduce seal failures and match tight discharge control requirements in industrial applications.

Temperature Range

-30°C to 250°C (-22°F to 482°F) – Special seals/packing for extremes

Connection Types & Sizes

Flanged (ANSI/DIN), Threaded (BSP/NPT), SAE – Sizes: 10 mm to 150 mm (⅜” to 6″)

Mounting Configuration

Skid-Mounted, Trailer-Mounted, or Fixed Base – Horizontal/vertical options

Seal System

Packing Gland (Graphite/PTFE), Mechanical Seal, or Hydroseal – Leak-free upgrades

Stroke Length & Frequency

20–200 mm stroke

NPSH Required

2–8 m (6.5–26 ft) – Positive displacement reduces suction needs

Speed Range

200–1,800 RPM

Solids Handling Capability

max 10µm particles – Abrasives damage plungers/seals

Certifications & Standards

API 674, ASME B73.3, ISO 9001, PED/ATEX – Compliant for oil/gas, chemical, marine

Operating Noise Level

< 90 dB(A)

Coupling System

Heavy-Duty Gear Coupling or Crankshaft Direct Drive – Laser alignment recommended

Technical Advantages

Manufacturers face issues with seal leakage, stroke wear, and fluid compatibility in long-duty cycles. Our Plunger Pumps operate across 200–1,800 RPM and handle fluid temperatures from –30°C to 250°C using custom gland packing and ceramic-coated plungers.
You can choose between skid, trailer, or base-mounted units and define stroke lengths between 20 mm and 200 mm. These configurations align with various plant layouts, fluid types, and suction needs without heavy pre-install changes.

Plunger Pumps

Process-Ready Pumping Built Around Plant Conditions

Configurable drive systems and wetted parts let you match the pump to your exact operating fluid, pressure load, and runtime schedule. We support API 674, PED, and ATEX compliance for regulated use cases, ensuring global sourcing consistency.
Noise remains under 90 dB, while laser-aligned couplings improve crankshaft stability and reduce service intervals. With NPSH requirements between 2 to 8 meters, our pumps keep suction demands low without process disruption.

Having Doubts? Our FAQ

Check all our Frequently Asked Question

Can we define our required flow and pressure combination during the inquiry?

Yes, we support full configuration across both parameters. You can specify any combination within 0.5 to 2,000 L/min and up to 3,500 bar. We size the pump accordingly using your fluid data and operating conditions.

How flexible is the material selection for internal components based on fluid type?

We offer multiple options for both liquid ends and plungers, including SS316, Hastelloy, and ceramic-coated variants. These can be selected based on corrosion risk, abrasion level, or purity requirement. We assist with compatibility mapping during quotation.

Can we choose a specific mounting layout and drive type to match our plant setup?

Yes, we support skid, trailer, and base mounting in horizontal or vertical arrangements. You can also select electric or hydraulic drives depending on your utility availability. We confirm these during layout drawing discussions before final build.

What technical inputs do we need to share for sizing and quotation?

You only need to share flow rate, discharge pressure, temperature, fluid type, and preferred connection standard. We use these to define stroke, drive power, and seal system. If suction is critical, we also check NPSH limits and offer guidance.
