Technical Advantages

Our pumps use double mechanical seals in oil chambers for protection from dry-run damage or grit intrusion. You can specify impellers in hard iron or chromium steel to handle abrasive solids up to 80 mm in diameter. 
Motors range from 1.5 to 250 kW and support 3-phase, 50 or 60 Hz input of VFDs can be integrated for flow control. With IP68 sealing and guide rail installation, they ensure long-term performance in submerged setups up to 20 meters.

Can the pump be built to handle high grease and fibrous waste without frequent clogging?

Yes, we can use vortex or semi-open channel impellers with hard iron or chromium steel based on your waste profile. These impeller types reduce blockage in grease-heavy or fibrous sewage. You can also specify solid handling up to 80 mm. 

Do you offer power and voltage configuration based on our site conditions

We manufacture submersible sewage pumps to suit 3-phase supply in 380V to 480V ranges with 50 or 60 Hz, depending on your region. Motor power can start at 1.5 kW and scale up to 250 kW. VFD compatibility is available for adjustable flow and energy savings.

Can we specify cable length and guide rail arrangement at the time of ordering?

Yes, you can define both cable length and guide rail system during the enquiry stage. The default is 10 meters, but we supply longer lengths based on site depth. Guide rail design is finalized to match sump dimensions and flange standards. 

How do you help if we operate across different discharge sizes and connection types?

We provide both DIN and ANSI flange options between 50 mm and 300 mm. Our team confirms compatibility with your existing pipework or lift station layout. This avoids retrofit costs or site-level rework later.
