Vertical Inline Pumps

If your application demands high flow within limited space, standard pump layouts often don’t align with system needs. Our Vertical Inline Pumps support flows from 1 m³/h to 1000 m³/h and heads up to 150 meters, all in a compact footprint.

Flow Rate Range

1 m³/h to 1000 m³/h (4.4 GPM to 4,400 GPM)

Pressure/Head Capacity

Up to 150 meters (492 feet)

Power Requirements

0.37 kW to 110 kW (0.5 HP to 150 HP), 2-pole or 4-pole motor, 50/60 Hz

Materials of Construction

Cast Iron, Stainless Steel (SS 304/316), Bronze, Ductile Iron, Thermoplastic (PP/PVDF)

Fluid Compatibility

Water, Chemicals, Corrosive Liquids, Hot/Cold Fluids (based on material)

Product Description

Installation becomes simpler with direct inline piping and reduced baseplate needs, cutting overall setup time. We offer material variants from cast iron to PVDF to match water, chemicals, or corrosive media under variable temperatures.

Temperature Range

-20°C to +120°C (-4°F to 248°F) [Higher with special seals/materials]

Connection Types & Sizes

Flanged (ANSI/DIN), Threaded (BSP/NPT), sizes: 25 mm to 200 mm (1″ to 8″)

Mounting Configuration

Vertical, Inline (Directly Piped), Space-Saving Design

Seal System

Mechanical Seal (Single/Double), Lip Seal, or Packing Gland

Efficiency Rating

Up to 80% (depending on size & design)

NPSH Required

1.2 m to 4 m (4 ft to 13 ft)

Speed Range

1450 RPM (4-pole) or 2900 RPM (2-pole), VFD compatible

Solids Handling Capability

Limited (for clean liquids); optional semi-open impeller for minor solids

Certifications & Standards

ISO 9001, EN 733, ANSI/ASME B73.2, ISO 5199, ATEX (for hazardous areas)

Operating Noise Level

< 70 dB(A) (quiet operation, ideal for HVAC & buildings)

Coupling System

Close-Coupled (Direct Motor Mount) or Flexible Coupling (Frame-Mounted Options)

Technical Advantages

Standard base-mounted pumps often require alignment and more space, slowing installation. Our Vertical Inline Pumps use a space-saving vertical configuration with close-coupled or frame-mounted options to reduce downtime.
Operating speeds of 1450 or 2900 RPM work with VFDs, supporting flow adjustments without full replacement. Multiple seal options of mechanical, lip, or packing match your media and pressure rating, limiting maintenance stops.

Industry Applications

Commercial HVAC Circuits

Circulates chilled or hot water in vertical systems without floor space expansion.

Chemical Transfer Skids

Moves reactive fluids with thermoplastic or alloy-grade pump bodies for safe circulation.

Boiler Feed Systems

Handles hot fluids under pressure with minimal footprint for in-room boiler layouts.

Cooling Tower Circuits

Delivers water across vertical loops with less pipe stress and vibration.

Water Treatment Plants

Pumps treated or raw water between stages while withstanding corrosive elements.

Firefighting Pump Sets

Offers vertical mounting with reliable flow rate for sprinkler and hydrant systems.

Vertical Inline Pumps

Compact Build and Flexible Configuration

Vertical inline pumps improve system design by reducing layout conflicts and simplifying connection alignment. Vertical inline pumps offer compatibility with multiple piping standards including ANSI, DIN, BSP, and NPT.
With motor capacity up to 110 kW and low noise under 70 dB, they fit utility rooms and plant environments easily. We support your requests for performance data, drawings, and material traceability during pre-order discussions.

Having Doubts? Our FAQ

Check all our Frequently Asked Question

Can we request a non-standard motor brand or protection rating?

Yes, we support motor brand preferences and can offer IP55, IP65, or flameproof ratings as per requirement. We match motor compatibility based on your site’s voltage, frequency, and ambient conditions. Just share your specification before inquiry closure.

Is it possible to match the pump with an existing motor on-site?

Yes, we can match the pumps to your existing motor if you share its shaft size, RPM, and mounting details. We’ll verify coupling type and confirm alignment feasibility. This avoids replacement and helps reduce installation cost.

Can these pumps handle fluid with minor solids or suspended particles?

Standard models suit clean fluids, but we can supply semi-open impellers for limited solid handling. You’ll need to mention the particle size and load during enquiry. Based on that, we adjust impeller type and clearance.

Can we get support with pump sizing if we only know flow and head?

Yes, we size based on duty conditions and confirm selection with a performance curve. You only need to share fluid type, flow, head, and operating hours. We return the datasheet, curve, and motor requirement within 1–2 business days.

Can we request modifications in suction/discharge nozzle orientation or flange standard?

We offer flange orientation alignment and can match ANSI or DIN standards. If your system layout needs a rotation or custom nozzle angle, we can accommodate that. Please share a layout drawing during the quote stage.
