3. Repeat Infringers 

Frigate Manufacturing reserves the right to terminate the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers. 

4. Limitations of Liability 

Frigate Manufacturing is not responsible for any content posted on the Website by third parties. Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notification, we will make every effort to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material in a timely manner. 

5. Modifications to this Policy
