Mobile Transfer Pump Units

When pumping fluids across varied job sites, many face issues with bulky units, slow setup, or lack of custom flow control. Our Mobile Transfer Pump Units solves this by delivering adjustable output in a compact, towable frame with speed-controlled flexibility.

Flow Rate Range

5 m³/h to 500 m³/h (22 GPM to 2,200 GPM) – Adjustable via speed control

Pressure/Head Capacity

10 to 100 meters (33 to 328 ft) – High-head models available

Power Requirements

3 kW to 75 kW (4 HP to 100 HP) – Diesel/Electric, 24VDC/380VAC, 50/60Hz

Materials of Construction

Pump Housing: Cast Iron, SS 304, Aluminum Frame: Powder-coated steel

Fluid Compatibility

Fuels, Oils, Water, Mild Chemicals – Material-specific wetted parts

Product Description

Fixed output pumps or non-compliant power options slow field deployment and strain operations. We build these to fit changing site needs, offering wide flow ranges, diesel or electric drives, and trailer-ready mobility.

Temperature Range

-20°C to 120°C (-4°F to 248°F) – Insulated options for extreme temps

Connection Types & Sizes

1.5″ to 6″ – Camlock, Flanged (ANSI), or Quick-connect – BSP/NPT threaded options

Mounting Configuration

Trailer/Wheel-Mounted – Forklift pockets & lifting eyes (500 kg to 5,000 kg units)

Seal System

Mechanical Seal (SiC/TC) or Lip Seal – Double seals for hazardous fluids

Efficiency Rating

70% to 85% – Optimized impeller designs

NPSH Required

3 m to 8 m (10 ft to 26 ft) – Self-priming models available

Speed Range

1,000 RPM to 3,600 RPM – Diesel engines: 1,500-1,800 RPM

Solids Handling Capability

≤5 mm particles – Vortex impellers for dirty fluids

Certifications & Standards

ATEX, EPA Tier 4, CE – Explosion-proof options for Zone 1

Operating Noise Level

< 85 dB(A)

Coupling System

Flexible Coupling (Spacer Type) – V-belt drive options available

Technical Advantages

Non-adjustable flow or poor priming often causes system downtime in fluid handling tasks, delaying output and damaging trust in the unit. Our Mobile Transfer Pump Units operate across 5 to 500 m³/h with 70–85% efficiency, fine-tuned by variable speed control.

They handle -20°C to 120°C conditions, with SiC/TC mechanical seals protecting against harsh media. Self-priming models and double-sealed builds ensure consistent delivery without frequent maintenance or setup struggles.

Industry Applications

Construction Site Dewatering

Moves groundwater fast, using trailer-mounted diesel units that run independently on uneven sites.

Fuel Transfer in Remote Sites

Handles light to heavy fuels with material-specific wetted parts and explosion-proof builds for safety.

Municipal Water Handling

Supports backup pumping in flood zones or infrastructure repair with electric variants compatible with grid or genset supply.

Oilfield Fluid Movement

Shifts drilling fluids or produced water efficiently using vortex impellers for dirty, particle-laden flows.

Chemical Handling in Process Plants

Transfers mild chemicals with stainless-steel pumps and double-sealed systems to avoid leaks and hazards.

Emergency Response Operations

Deployed fast for flood control or fluid spill containment with self-priming, low NPSH configurations.

Mobile Transfer Pump Units

Pumping to Fit Any Field Condition

Fixed setups and rigid configurations do not support mobile site demands, often causing field delays and logistical cost overruns. Our units mount on trailer frames with forklift pockets and lifting eyes, supporting weight classes up to 5,000 kg for safe and easy transport.
Each model adapts to your process whether diesel or electric, with NPT/BSP threading, camlock, or ANSI flanged connections. We work around your pressure head and terrain challenges, supplying units with quick-connects, noise control, and certified safety compliance.

Having Doubts? Our FAQ

Check all our Frequently Asked Question

What kind of connection types and sizes can we choose for our existing line setup?

We supply pumps with threaded BSP or NPT, camlock, or flanged ANSI connections as required. You can specify sizes from 1.5 inches to 6 inches based on your existing hose or pipe fittings. We confirm these details with you before production to avoid mismatched interfaces during installation

Can we choose material options based on the fluid type and site condition?

Yes, we offer pumps housings in cast iron, stainless steel, or aluminum based on the fluid’s chemical and abrasive nature. Wetted parts are selected case-wise to match fuels, oils, or mild chemicals. For corrosive environments, we also provide special coated frames and upgraded seals.

How flexible is the unit in handling different fluids like fuels or water with solids?

Each pump build adjusts based on the fluid whether you need aluminum housing for light fuels or stainless steel for chemical compatibility. We also offer vortex impellers for flows with particles up to 5 mm. You can specify the media type during inquiry, and we align the material selection accordingly.

Can we get support on selecting the right flow rate and head combination before placing the order?

Yes, we support you with technical guidance to help define the right flow and head range for your application. Based on your required delivery height and volume, we recommend the suitable impeller, motor, and control specs. This ensures your selected unit performs without overloading or underdelivering.

What is the usual lead time, and can it adjust based on urgency or volume?

Standard lead time ranges from 3 to 6 weeks depending on custom features like frame build, seal type, and power choice. For urgent projects or large quantity orders, we review scheduling flexibility during discussion. We also offer partial dispatch options for phased deployment if needed.
