Dewatering Pumps

Construction zones, mines, and flood sites often face clogging or suction delays with standard pumps. Our dewatering pumps handle gritty flows with up to 60% solids and large particle size.

Flow Rate Range

10 m³/h to 1,500 m³/h (44 GPM to 6,600 GPM) – High-capacity models for flood control

Pressure/Head Capacity

Up to 40 meters (131 feet) – Standard models; up to 100m with boosters

Power Requirements

3 kW to 150 kW (4 HP to 200 HP) – Diesel/Electric, 380-480V, 50/60Hz, VFD optional

Materials of Construction

Pump Housing: Cast Iron, SS 304, Aluminum Impeller: Hardened Iron, Noryl, SS 316

Fluid Compatibility

Muddy Water, Sand Slurries, Construction Runoff – Handles up to 60% solids by volume

Product Description

They operate across 3″ to 12″ lines and deliver flows up to 1,500 m³/h without cavitation issues. You get dry-run ability, flexible mounting, and stable operation across muddy, abrasive, or slurry-laden water conditions.

Temperature Range

0°C to 50°C (32°F to 122°F) – Not for hot liquids

Connection Types & Sizes

3″ to 12″ – Flanged (ANSI/DIN), Quick-disconnect, or camlock fittings

Mounting Configuration

Submersible, Skid-Mounted, or Trailer-Mounted – Portable options available

Seal System

Mechanical Seal (TC/TC) or Expeller Seal – Oil-free designs for dirty water

Efficiency Rating

65% to 80% – Lower for high-solids applications

NPSH Required

Self-priming – Dry-run capable up to 8m suction lift

Speed Range

1,000 RPM to 3,600 RPM – High-speed models for viscous slurries

Solids Handling Capability

5 mm to 50 mm (0.2″ to 2″) – Vortex impellers for stones/debris

Certifications & Standards

ISO 9001, CE, IP68 – ATEX models for explosive atmospheres

Operating Noise Level

< 85 dB(A) – Diesel units louder; electric models quieter (<75 dB)

Coupling System

Direct Drive (Submersible) or Flexible Coupling (Skid-Mounted)

Technical Advantages

We offer pump bodies in cast iron, SS 304, or aluminum with impellers in hardened iron or Noryl for abrasive media. Each unit works across a wide head range with diesel or electric drives from 3 kW to 150 kW.
You can choose from mechanical or expeller seals based on maintenance intervals and water quality. Quick-disconnect fittings, trailer mounts, and camlock outlets help adapt the setup to changing site conditions.

Industry Applications

Construction Dewatering

Removes trench and pit water with heavy silt and debris without seal damage.

Flood Control Sites

Handles sudden surges and high water volumes with trailer-mounted setups.

Mining Operations

Pumps from sumps and tunnels where sand and slurry density varies through the shift.

Industrial Cleaning

Drains tanks and spill zones with high-speed motor drive for faster recovery.

Tunneling Projects

Clears groundwater seepage using submersible skid units in narrow shafts.

Municipal Utilities

Supports bypass pumping and emergency overflow with quick-coupled discharge systems.

Dewatering Pumps

High-Flow Extraction Without Risk

Pumps in large sites often face uneven suction head, unfiltered water, or unexpected clogging. Our models include vortex impellers and high-lift capability to avoid stoppage or overloading.
You can use them in both fixed and portable roles with speed control and low-noise variants available. This helps sourcing teams meet site demands without switching equipment mid-operation or modifying discharge routes.

Having Doubts? Our FAQ

Check all our Frequently Asked Question

Can we specify inlet and outlet sizes or connection types based on our site layout?

Yes, we support 3-inch to 12-inch sizes with options like flanged (ANSI/DIN), camlock, or quick-disconnect fittings. We match connection type based on your hose line or existing system. Just share your layout or pipeline specs before order finalization.

How do you support projects with high-solids or slurry-heavy fluid conditions?

We offer pumps with vortex impellers and hardened internal surfaces to handle up to 60% solids. You can choose the impeller type and housing material based on fluid grit level. This prevents clogging, seal wear, and flow interruptions during continuous operation.

Can you supply pumps with both trailer-mounted and skid-mounted options for different project phases?

Yes, we can build units on skid frames for fixed use and trailer setups for mobile needs. You can even combine both configurations across multiple pump sets in one order. Just define the usage zones, and we align the base frame accordingly.

What if our site requires dry-running or unfiltered suction without manual priming?

We offer self-priming models with dry-run capability up to 8 meters suction lift. These come with oil-free mechanical or expeller seals suited for dirty or unfiltered water. You can add strainer screens if needed for larger debris handling.

Can we request noise-controlled units for residential or restricted-noise zones?

Yes, we offer acoustic enclosures and electric drive options that operate below 75 dB. You can also specify sound-dampening needs for night shifts or sensitive areas. We configure the pump based on site regulations or dBA limits you provide.
