Vane Pumps

Inconsistent fluid delivery slows machine cycles and leads to system wear during prolonged operations. Our vane pumps offer 5 to 400 L/min flow with pressure handling up to 180 bar.

Flow Rate Range

5 L/min to 400 L/min (1.3 GPM to 105 GPM) – Variable displacement models available

Pressure/Head Capacity

Up to 180 bar (2,600 psi) – Balanced vane designs for high pressure

Power Requirements

0.5 kW to 75 kW (0.67 HP to 100 HP), 3-phase motors, 50/60 Hz, VFD optional

Materials of Construction

Housing: Cast Iron, Aluminum, Stainless Steel Vanes: Carbon Graphite, PEEK, Composite Cam Ring: Tool Steel, Carbide

Fluid Compatibility

Hydraulic Oils, Lubricants, LPG, Solvents – Avoid abrasive fluids

Product Description

High load setups often face overheating from underpowered drives. This unit accepts 0.5 kW to 75 kW inputs, compatible with VFDs and 3-phase motors across plant standards.

Temperature Range

-20°C to 120°C (-4°F to 248°F) – Higher temps with specialty vanes

Connection Types & Sizes

Flanged (SAE/ANSI), Threaded (BSP/NPT) – Sizes: 12 mm to 50 mm (½” to 2″)

Mounting Configuration

Horizontal or Vertical – Direct-coupled to motors or engines

Seal System

Shaft Seal: Lip Seal, Mechanical Seal, or Magnetic Drive (sealless)

Efficiency Rating

85% to 92% (high volumetric efficiency for low-viscosity fluids)

NPSH Required

0.5 m to 2 m (1.6 ft to 6.5 ft)

Speed Range

600 RPM to 3,600 RPM – Lower speeds for high-viscosity fluids

Solids Handling Capability

max 10µm particles

Certifications & Standards

ISO 4401, NFPA T3.10.7, ATEX

Operating Noise Level

< 65 dB(A) (quieter than gear pumps at similar pressures)

Coupling System

Direct Coupling (Keyed Shaft) or Flexible Coupling

Technical Advantages

Pumps often struggle with low inlet pressures, causing vapor lock in high-speed setups. Our vane units need just 0.5 to 2 meters NPSH, reducing cavitation risk.
Abrasive fluid types wear down standard vanes too quickly. These models use PEEK or carbon graphite vanes with carbide cam rings to extend run life.

Industry Applications

Plastic Injection Molding Machines

Supplies constant hydraulic flow during multi-axis mold movements and high-speed cycles.

Food Processing Fillers

Handles low-viscosity edible oils without foaming or cavitation in fast-fill rotary systems.

Lubrication Skids for CNC Systems

Maintains thin-film oil supply across tight channels under fluctuating load and start-stop cycles.

Textile Dying Lines

Moves heat-sensitive solvents safely at 120°C max without vane fatigue or shaft seal degradation.

Industrial Burner Fuel Feed

Supports direct LPG pumping under ATEX conditions using balanced vane camring assemblies.

Vehicle Transmission Test Benches

Recirculates transmission fluid at controlled pressure for endurance and shock-load tests.

Vane Pumps

Consistent Output Across Long-Hour Equipment Runs

Systems that run non-stop need flow stability without pressure drops or shaft seal failures. These pumps uses direct or flexible coupling options and handles both vertical and horizontal setups.
Its housing range includes cast iron, aluminum, and stainless steel to match line fluid and ambient temperatures. Lip seal, magnetic drive, or mechanical seals support leak-free runs across plant fluid types.

Having Doubts? Our FAQ

Check all our Frequently Asked Question

Can we define specific flow and pressure settings based on our application?

Yes, we can adjust vane size, cam ring geometry, and displacement to match your required flow and pressure levels. These settings can support both fixed and variable output modes. We validate output through test benches before shipment.

Do you allow selection of materials for aggressive or non-standard fluids?

We offer multiple material options like stainless steel, carbon graphite, and PEEK based on fluid compatibility. You can specify temperature, viscosity, or fluid type during inquiry. We cross-check with prior case runs for matching combinations.

Is it possible to match mounting or coupling with our existing system layout?

We support both horizontal and vertical mounts with options for keyed shaft or flexible couplings. Our team can adjust baseplate hole patterns or shaft dimensions on request. You can share layout drawings for direct matching.

What input do you need before proposing the pump specification

We typically ask for required flow rate, pressure, fluid type, and motor specs if available. Your installation orientation and line size also help narrow the fit. For repeat orders, we retain configuration details for quicker quoting.

Can the pump support intermittent cycles or low-speed high-torque setups?

Yes, vane geometry and internal clearances can be modified for low-speed or pulsating operations. We also support setups under 900 RPM with reinforced vanes and longer priming stages. Load charts are provided during technical review.
