Can I configure the number of stages to match my system head requirements?

Yes, we adjust the number of impellers to meet specific head targets without oversizing the motor. This flexibility helps you avoid wasted energy and unnecessary pressure buildup. We supply stage layouts based on your system curve.

Will high inlet temperatures affect pump sealing or material lifespan?

High inlet temperatures can degrade seals and casing unless properly selected. We use temperature-rated materials and compatible seal types for fluids up to 210°C. You get thermal stability without sacrificing uptime or replacement cycles.

Can you provide pumps with both horizontal and vertical mounting in the same specification set?

Yes, we offer dual-format mounting with matching hydraulic performance. This allows easy adaptation based on available floor space or piping layout. Your design team doesn’t need to rework layout drawings later.

How do you address issues with vibration or imbalance at higher speeds?

We use dynamically balanced rotors and close-run impeller tolerances to minimize vibration at 3,600 RPM. Couplings also include spacer-type or direct-drive options to isolate movement. This reduces bearing stress and helps extend service intervals.

Can multistage centrifugal pumps handle intermittent solids or abrasive trace elements in the fluid?

Yes, we support up to 50 ppm abrasive load using hardened internals on request. This prevents early wear without altering core design or flow characteristics. You get extended runtime in process streams with minor contamination.
