Can we define our own flow rate and head combinations based on our line requirements?

Yes, we support flow ranges from 1 to 500 m³/h and head up to 150 meters using single or multi-pump sets. We configure pumps with suitable impeller trims, motor ratings, and control logic to match your line resistance curve. During discussions, you can share your TDH calculations or we’ll assist with selection from your P&ID.

Can we choose the tank size, material, and mounting orientation based on site layout?

Yes, we offer epoxy-coated carbon steel or SS 304 vessels in vertical or horizontal orientation depending on pressure banding needs. We can size tanks to manage pump cycling frequency based on your peak and off-peak usage data. All vessels come pre-mounted or separately supplied based on skid layout flexibility. 

Do you supply the booster system with complete electrical and control components?

Yes, each set includes pressure switches or transducers, VFDs (if required), and wired panels ready for field connection. You can opt for local or remote control logic with clear segmentation between pump and sensor wiring. We also offer panel integration based on your HMI protocol or existing SCADA interface.

Can we define inlet/outlet sizes and match them to our piping layout?

Yes, connection sizes from 1 inch to 8 inches are available in both flanged and threaded formats. We align nozzle orientation and dimensions to match your existing header layouts and clearance constraints. You can share GA drawings for precise fabrication and welding position checks before dispatch.

Can we request testing reports or validation data before dispatch?

Yes, we can provide performance test data including flow vs head curves and electrical load behavior at multiple points. Hydropneumatic units can undergo hydrostatic pressure testing, leak checks, and dry-run protection validation on request. We share test logs, tag marking charts, and photos of assembled skid for buyer signoff before crating.
