Having Doubts? Our FAQ

Check all our Frequently Asked Question

Can this pump handle fluids with suspended solids or abrasive particles?

Yes, select models offer semi-open or closed impeller options to manage up to 5% solids content. Material choices like stainless steel or hard iron increase resistance to abrasion and wear. For higher concentrations or particularly abrasive slurries, consult us for tailored recommendations.

Is the pump compatible with aggressive chemicals or high-temperature fluids?

Multiple material options-including SS 304/316, bronze, and specialized seals-allow safe transfer of corrosive or hot fluids up to 120°C. For extreme conditions, custom configurations can extend temperature and chemical resistance further. Always specify your fluid type and temperature for optimal material selection.

Can I retrofit this pump into an existing piping system with different standards?

Yes, the pump is available with flanged (ANSI/ASME/DIN) and threaded (BSP/NPT) connections in sizes from 25 mm to 300 mm. This flexibility allows integration into most legacy or international piping layouts. Our engineering team can advise on adapter kits or custom flanges if needed.

What is the typical lead time for pumps with non-standard materials or motors?

Standard models are usually ready for dispatch within 2–3 weeks. Orders requiring special alloys, coatings, or motors may require an additional 1–3 weeks depending on the specification and approval process. Early technical review helps ensure your project timeline stays on track.

How does the pump perform in outdoor or harsh industrial environments

All pumps feature robust coatings and IP-rated motors for protection against dust and moisture. Optional ATEX-certified models are available for hazardous or explosive atmospheres. For outdoor installation, weatherproof enclosures and additional sealing can be specified to ensure year-round reliability.
