RO units often fail to perform when pump pressure or material compatibility falls short. Our RO Feed Pumps deliver flow rates up to 200 m³/h and pressure up to 80 bar using duplex and super duplex bodies.

Product Description

Low-grade seals and mismatched metallurgy can reduce lifespan in high-TDS or corrosive environments. We engineer each pumps for seawater, brackish water, or pretreated sources using correct alloys, seals, and impeller types.

Technical Advantages

Can the pump handle high salinity or variable TDS levels in our feedwater?

Yes, we can configure the pump using duplex or super duplex material depending on the salinity profile. For TDS levels up to 45,000 ppm, we adjust impeller type and seal design. You can also choose surface finishes for better corrosion handling over time.

Can you match our site’s power specs and motor standards during manufacturing?

We support motors in 380–480V, 50/60Hz ranges and can integrate VFD-ready configurations on request. You can specify insulation class, IP rating, and starter compatibility. This avoids mismatch during on-site integration with your control panel.

What options do you offer for inlet/outlet configurations and mounting styles?

You can choose between flanged (ANSI/DIN) or threaded (BSP/NPT) connections, with port sizes from 25 mm to 150 mm. Mounting options include horizontal close-coupled units with vibration-isolated baseplates. We align these based on available skid space and pipe routing.
