Wellhead Manifold Support Bracket

Wellhead Manifold Support Bracket is designed to manage the combined static and dynamic loads imposed by multi-valve manifold assemblies during surface well control operations. Axial, torsional, and bending stresses generated from pressure surges, valve actuation, and flow redirection are efficiently redistributed through the bracket’s engineered mounting structure. This support system eliminates unwanted deflection at the wellhead connection point, preserving flange integrity and preventing long-term material fatigue.

Heat Treatment Specification

Quenching and Tempering (QT) to 28-32 HRC (Hardness) for optimal strength and toughness

30,000 psi or higher (depending on custom specifications for specific load requirements)

Product Description
