Frigate selects low-loss ferrite or amorphous cores to reduce heat generation under continuous power delivery. High-temperature Class H insulation prevents dielectric degradation in ventilated and sealed housings. Windings are arranged to support natural convection and minimize thermal gradients. Each design undergoes thermal profiling to validate endurance under outdoor ambient conditions and load peaks.
Frigate uses segmented windings, electrostatic shielding, and optimized bobbin geometry to minimize conducted and radiated EMI. Core materials are selected for low stray flux and reduced hysteresis. Layout design considers isolation zones and filter paths. All EMI performance is verified through testing per GR-1089-CORE or equivalent regional telecom EMC requirements.
