Frigate selects core geometries and magnetic materials that reduce eddy and hysteresis losses under continuous load. Copper winding profiles are optimized to manage skin and proximity effects in high-frequency power stages. Laminated core stacks with minimal air gaps further suppress parasitic losses. Each transformer is tested under simulated rack-level operating currents to validate thermal efficiency and electrical stability.
Frigate uses Class H insulation, low-profile winding structures, and high-saturation flux materials to reduce thermal rise in compact installations. Ventilated core arrangements and thermal interface paths enhance passive heat dissipation in enclosed server spaces. These designs are validated through simulation and real-time temperature monitoring across typical airflow-constrained chassis.
Frigate applies shielding layers between primary and secondary windings to block capacitive coupling and reduce common-mode noise. Winding geometry is selected to minimize loop area and suppress magnetic field emissions.
