Direct Drive (Crankshaft) or Air Motor (AOD pumps)

Technical Advantages

Many fluid systems face wear, leakage, or cavitation under changing loads or fluid types. Our Diaphragm Pumps support up to 70% efficiency and can lift fluids dry up to 6 meters, ensuring steady output.
We provide options in PTFE, EPDM, or Hastelloy with flanged, threaded, or sanitary connections to match your plant layouts. With adjustable speeds from 20 to 300 strokes per minute and noise levels under 85 dB(A), they integrate cleanly into both indoor and mobile systems.

Diaphragm Pumps

Pumps Configured for Your Fluid Demands

Every facility has different demands for flow rate, fluid behavior, and installation space. Our Diaphragm Pumps support horizontal or vertical setups with portable, frame, or skid-mounted bases for easy placement.
We configure couplings and diaphragm materials to suit your pressure, speed, and chemical handling needs. This helps you avoid frequent changeovers or performance drops, giving consistent output across operating shifts.

Having Doubts? Our FAQ

Check all our Frequently Asked Question

Can you match the pump material with my chemical media or slurry mix?

Yes, we review your process fluid details and suggest suitable combinations of PP, PVDF, SS 316, or Hastelloy for the pump head. Valve and diaphragm materials like PTFE or EPDM can also be changed based on temperature or reactivity. This helps avoid frequent replacements or seal failures during operation.

Do you offer diaphragm pumps in specific mounting or space-constrained configurations?

We support horizontal or vertical layouts with skid, frame, or compact portable designs. Connection ends can be flanged, threaded, or Tri-Clamp based on your system requirements. Before dispatch, we share GA drawings for approval to match your plant layout.

What control options do I have for flow variation or batch-based dosing?

We can provide adjustable stroke rate settings and air motor configurations that respond to pressure changes. For electric models, flow control can be integrated via VFDs or stroke timers. These options allow steady output across multiple operating shifts.

What is your typical lead time and can you support staggered delivery based on our project phase?

Lead times range from 2 to 6 weeks depending on size, materials, and quantity. We support staggered shipments if you confirm your schedule during order confirmation. This helps align with phased installations or inventory planning.

Can you adjust internal clearances or diaphragm thickness to match our slurry composition and operating hours?

Yes, we can change diaphragm thickness and clearance settings based on your solid content and abrasion level. We use different wear-resistant materials for longer duty cycles. Our team confirms these parameters before finalizing the build.
