Technical Advantages

Our pumps housings use cast iron or stainless steel for long service in harsh pit conditions. We offer impellers in Noryl, bronze, or SS304 to match different fluid chemistries and load cycles.

With speed ranges from 1,450 to 2,900 RPM, these units work on both low and high duty cycles. Each pumps handles solids up to 15 mm and stays cool with an oil-filled seal system for continuous underwater operation.

Having Doubts? Our FAQ

Check all our Frequently Asked Question

Can you match the pump build to our in-house electrical specs and panel setups?

Yes, we support both 1-phase and 3-phase systems with voltage options of 230V or 415V. We also provide VFD-compatible motors if your panels need variable control. Cable sizes, starting current, and control logic can be matched to your site.

We deal with sand and light sludge, can the pump handle suspended solids long term?

Yes, the pump handles solids up to 15 mm and suspended matter up to 1,000 ppm. For higher grit loads, we offer vortex impellers and sealed bearings. These setups reduce wear in high-cycle sump clearing or ETP backflush use.

What if our mounting space is limited or non-standard in shape?

We offer vertical mounting with sump brackets or guide rails, which can be adjusted to fit narrow or custom sump chambers. We also help map out connection points for flanged or threaded ends. That lets you install without structural changes.

Can we choose pump materials based on water chemistry or fluid type?

Yes, we let you select between cast iron, SS304, and bronze components. Impellers, shafts, and housings can vary by section based on the fluid profile. This avoids over-spec or under-spec builds while keeping the cost controlled.

How soon can we get support if specs need fine-tuning before dispatch?

We offer pre-dispatch technical checks to confirm head, flow, and motor match. If adjustments are needed, we revise builds before final packing. This reduces return risks and helps meet your deadline with the right spec.
