Technical Advantages

As data throughput requirements increase, standard cables often struggle to meet the demand, causing network congestion and latency. FITH Cables utilize high-conductivity copper with precise stranding and plating (e.g., silver or nickel-plated conductors) to support high-frequency signal propagation with minimal resistance. These cables are designed for optimized data transmission in Gigabit Ethernet, 10Gbps, and 100Gbps applications, ensuring a future-proof solution for bandwidth-intensive systems.

FITH Cables are built to withstand the harshest environments. We utilize high-performance jacketing materials like FEP, LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen), and TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) to resist extreme temperatures, chemicals, UV exposure, and mechanical stress. Whether in aerospace, oil & gas, or manufacturing, our cables maintain performance integrity in conditions ranging from -65°C to +200°C.

Haben Sie Zweifel? Unser FAQ

Prüfen Sie alle unsere häufig gestellten Fragen

What type of insulation materials are used in FTH cables and why?

FTH cables use materials like polyethylene (PE), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) for insulation. These materials offer excellent electrical properties, high thermal resistance, and durability. XLPE, for example, allows the cables to withstand higher temperatures, making them suitable for demanding applications like underground power distribution.

How does the attenuation level of FTH cables affect data transmission?

Attenuation refers to the signal loss as it travels through the cable. FTH cables are designed with low attenuation levels, which ensures reliable and fast data transmission over long distances. This is achieved by using high-purity copper or optical fibers with minimal internal resistance or signal reflection, keeping the data integrity intact.

Can FTH cables be customized for different voltage ratings?

Yes, depending on the application, FTH cables can be customized for various voltage ratings. The cable’s construction, including conductor size, insulation thickness, and shielding, is modified to handle specific voltage levels, from low to high voltage applications, ensuring safe and efficient power transmission.

What role does the shielding play in FTH cables?

Shielding in FTH cables protects the cable from electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI). It consists of a layer of conductive material like aluminum or copper foil. This prevents external noise from affecting the signal inside the cable, ensuring stable data transmission, especially in industrial or high-electromagnetic environments.

How are FTH cables designed to prevent corrosion in harsh environments?

FTH cables are coated with materials like polyethylene or PVC, which are highly resistant to moisture, chemicals, and UV radiation. Additional protective layers, such as steel armor or corrugated aluminum sheathing, can be added in harsh environments. This design ensures the cables remain functional in extreme weather, chemicals, or marine exposure.
