What purity levels do your copper lugs maintain?

Our standard lugs use 99.9% electrolytic copper (C10100), while premium grades reach 99.99% purity. Oxygen-free variants contain <5ppm impurities for critical applications. Each shipment includes material certification with spectrographic analysis.

What plating thickness options do you offer?

Standard tin plating comes in 3-5μm, while heavy-duty marine plating reaches 8-12μm. Gold plating (50μ") is available for aerospace applications. We can customize any plating thickness with ±0.5μm options.

What tolerance levels can you maintain in production?

In frigate guarantee ±0.02mm on critical bore dimensions for exact fitment. Surface flatness is maintained within 0.005mm for optimale contact. Custom tolerances down to ±0.005mm are available for demanding applications.

How do you ensure consistent conductivity across batches?

Every production run undergoes 100% conductivity testing using 4-wire Kelvin measurement. Our automated systems pflegen ±1% IACS conductivity variation. Certificates include actual test values for each shipment.

What quality control processes do you implement?

We perform 17-point inspections including dimensional checks, plating adhesion tests, and microhardness measurements. All testing equipment is NIST-traceable and recalibrated weekly. Full inspection reports accompany every order.
